Who we are

This site is run by eMazzanti Technologies and Messaging Architects. It describes our service for moving companies from other AI platforms to Microsoft Copilot.

What we collect

What you type into the migration chat: your answers to its questions (current AI platform, destination, team size, custom assistants), any instructions you paste for conversion, and the questions you ask.

What you give us in the contact form: your name, work email and company.

Basic visit information: the page you came from, campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), and Google Analytics usage data, so we know which channels work.

How we use it

We use it to answer your questions in the chat, to email you your migration outline, and to have an eMazzanti migration lead contact you about the move. We do not sell your information.

Services that process it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also checks that visitors are human (Turnstile).

Google Analytics measures visits and which pages and chat steps are used.

Chat replies and conversions are generated by an AI model hosted in Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI). The chat text is processed to produce a reply.

Contact details and the chat summary go to our internal Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (Power Automate, Outlook, Teams, ConnectWise) so a migration lead can follow up.

What not to share

Please don't paste passwords, API keys, personal data about others or confidential client information into the chat. If an assistant's instructions contain sensitive details, remove them before converting.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you gave us, or to stop contacting you. Reach us through emazzanti.net and mention this site.
